Hostafrancs Medical Center offers sports nutrition counseling services, as well as hormonal monitoring, for athletes. This service is especially aimed at all sports practitioners that pursue muscle development, such as bodybuilding and fitness practitioners. Dr. Àlex Costa, endocrine and nutritionist at the medical center, is the specialist responsible for this program. The program was created with the aim of helping athletes to achieve their sport goals under medical supervision and with adequate dietary guidelines and supplementation. This service has a cost of 50 euros per visit.
