The Hostafrancs Medical Center has a Pneumology Service to provide comprehensive care in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the lungs and respiratory tract.

Among the diseases treated by pulmonology are the following: bronchial asthma, infectious lung disease (pneumonia, tuberculosis), apnea-hypopnea (during sleep, SAHS), lung cancer, diseases caused by tobacco such as pulmonary emphysema and COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease).
