At the Hostafrancs Medical Center we also offer different types of massages for your well-being and health. It is a complementary service that is not covered by health insurance companies.

Relaxing massage: Manual therapy applied through soft and harmonic movements, aimed at improving the person's physical and mental well-being. Relaxing massage duration: 15 minutes, 30 minutes and 55 minutes.

• Relaxing massage: Manual therapy applied through soft and harmonic movements, aimed at improving the well-being of the person at a physical and mental level. Relaxing massage duration: 30 minutes and 60 minutes.
• Therapeutic/decontracting massage: Technique aimed at points or areas of pain in order to dissolve contractures caused by stress, poor posture, lack of rest, overload, etc.Therapeutic/relaxing massage duration: 30 minutes and 60 minutes.
• Sports massage: Indicated to prevent, treat or recover the muscles before or after sports exercise.
  Sports massage duration: 30 minutes and 60 minutes.
• Leg circulatory massage: Ideal for activating and promoting blood and lymphatic irrigation. Especially indicated for tired or swollen legs.
  Leg circulatory massage duration: 30 minutes and 60 minutes.
